Shipping

Once you’ve placed your order we aim to have it packed and dispatched the same day if an order is placed before 2pm (GMT) otherwise your order will be turned around within two working days. We ship worldwide and your order will be sent by a tracked, signed for service. You’ll receive your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We like to keep our shipping rates simple, so there one rate for the UK, one for the rest of the world, and free shipping on all orders of £50 or more!

Special Promotions

Throughout the year we will have various promotions on offer regarding shipping - details of these will be highlighted at the time of the promotion and will supercede usual shipping rates, lasting the specified time of the event, upon which usual shipping rates shall recommence.

Event orders

Orders placed at events may take a little longer to process. We will always try to process any orders from events within 7 working days from the end of the event.

Pre-orders

Placing a pre-order means that you’ll be among the first to get our latest incredible miniatures and/or products. Pre-orders will be dispatched once the pre-order period ends. Information about the pre-order period can be found on the product page, relevant to the product in question.

Import Duties and Taxes

When shipping outside of the UK your order may incur additional import duties, charges, and taxes. You are responsible for paying these and Cerberus Studios Limited cannot be held liable. Please check with your local authorities for details.
