We want to make sure you are happy with our products and are confident that you have all the information you need when placing an order.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at ask@cerberus-studios.com. We will be in touch to answer your question as quickly as possible. We always try to respond within 24 hours, though it may take us a little longer at busy times of year.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have contacted us we will request you return your products as soon as possible, packaged safely in their original packaging.

Once your return has been received your exchange or refund will be processed. Please note, shipping costs cannot be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or missing products

We try to ensure that our products are packaged well enough to be protected during shipping, and each product goes through multiple quality assurance checks, but unfortunately sometimes things go wrong. If you find than any of your products are damaged, missing components, or missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put this right for you.
